Symptom: Uneven elongation when multiple synchronization belts are used in pairs.
Possible reasons:

2. There is debris in the synchronous belt wheel.

4. The synchronization belt does not work.
Corrective action:
1. Adjust the alignment according to the straight line and tightness.
2. Clean the pulley.
3. Replace all synchronization belts and install them properly.
4. Install a belt that can match.
Symptom: Uniform elongation of single belt or multi-wedge belt.
Possible reasons:
1, the use of insufficient strength.
2, serious overcount or transmission device safety factor design is insufficient.
3. Tension component failure.
Corrective action:
1. Check the intensity of use with GATES design manual.
2. Redesign.
