The structure of the polyurethane synchronous belt is composed of three parts: belt back, tensile layer and teeth.
(1) L polyurethane synchronous belt strap back

(2) Steel wire rope (or Kevlar wire) tensile layer

The pitch distribution of the belt teeth is very demanding, and the belt teeth should be engaged correctly with the tooth groove of the belt wheel, so the correctness of the geometric parameters of the belt teeth should be strictly required. L polyurethane synchronous belt with excellent oil resistance, wear resistance is known, it is suitable for small and medium power high-speed operating occasions, the environment should be relatively dry, the working temperature is generally -20 ~ +80 C.
